They are nice and convenient and help to precise away any pain you are having without having to take any medicine and you can use it anywhere on your body for a number of precise problems.

I knew I was over doing it while I practiced and really felt the pain the next day. I applied a patch in 2 areas, lower back and elbow. The size of the patch is 3x5 inches so they are just the right size! I was happy about no messy creams, and my clothing stayed dry over this patch. Now I had very minor pain in my arm, I would rate around a 3 on the pain scale and the Precise Patch heated up and relieved my achy arm.

So I have mixed feeling about this heat patch, I think it may help very low pain situations but why even bother buying it for just those situations when I know I've used a different brand that knocks the pain right out. Removal of this patch can hurt, tylenol precise nerve pain, if there's a lot of hair in the area where it was applied. I will say this patch stays in place because it is very sticky! The bottom line is this patch wasn't meant to work wonders, I think it helps with very low pain in the body.
